IACBE Bylaws – Proposed Revisions
Dear Primary Representatives
The Board of Directors has reviewed the IACBE Bylaws and is proposing the changes in the attached document. Once the revised bylaws are approved, any formatting, section numbering, grammatical and table of contents errors will be corrected
As stated in the current bylaws, we are providing written notice of the proposed changes to the primary representatives of Academic Business Unit members of the IACBE at least four weeks before the vote. The vote will be conducted by ballot during the annual business meeting on April 10, 2019. Each primary representative will receive a ballot in his/her conference package. The ballots will be collected during the annual meeting and the results will be announced later in the day.
