The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) is pleased to announce updates to the IACBE Board of Directors Executive Officers.
Following the April 2026 Board of Directors meeting and vote of the Assembly at the Annual Conference and Assembly Business Meeting, V.J. Byra Reddy Ph.D. (Alliance University) begins a two-year term as Chair of the IACBE Board of Directors, while Kathy Kennedy-Ratajack D.B.A (Wilmington University) retains the role of Treasurer through the remainder of her term. Michael Dillon Ph.D. (South College) was elected as Vice Chair, and Harika Rao Ed.D. (Lynn University) was elected as Secretary. Dr. Dillon and Dr. Rao will serve two-year and three-year terms, respectively. Former Chair Archish Maharaja CFP, CPA/PFS, Ed.D. will conclude his service to the Board of Directors with a two-year term as Past Chair.
The IACBE is a global programmatic accrediting agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). The Board of Directors is responsible for the general governance and oversight of the affairs of the IACBE and for establishing the policies and procedures essential to accomplishing the mission and goals of the Assembly. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors is composed of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and immediate Past-Chair, as well as the President of the Assembly.
