ACAM 2026 Recap

After reconnecting and networking the night prior at the Peregrine Global Services Welcome Reception, IACBE President, Dr. Emmett P. Tracy kicked off the conference with a President’s Welcome to ACAM attendees on the morning of Thursday, April 10. The day began with concurrent sessions presented by IACBE members chosen from a record number of submissions.

After lunch, Christopher O.H. Williams shared his story of C.O.U.R.A.G.E., which attendees could apply to their own challenges in navigating the changing higher education landscape.

At the Annual Business Meeting on Friday morning, election slates were voted on by the membership, and Dr. Tracy delivered the President’s Report, highlighting the IACBE Strategic Plan. The Peregrine Best Practices Poster Competition winner was announced at lunch, and after rounding out the remainder of the day with presentations, the membership gathered on Friday evening to celebrate IACBE award winners and institutions with accreditation achievements in 2025.
