IACBE is now accepting nominations for an upcoming open position on the Board of Commissioners, effective April 2019. Please submit nominations to the BOC Chair, Laurie Yates at laurie.yates@oit.edu or the BOC Vice Chair, Pat Hafford, at haffordp@wit.edu. Individuals from member schools are welcome to self nominate or recommend a colleague. A Commissioner’s term of service is three years with the ability to apply for a second term. Preferred qualifications include the following:
- Significant experience as a recent site visitor
- Experience as a site visit chair
- Knowledge of and interest in accreditation principles
- Ability to meet three times per year (April, July, December), usually in-person, but also virtually. (Subject to change depending on need).
- Support of the nominee’s school
