The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) is pleased to announce that Dr. Rachel Kaitz has been elected to the IACBE Board of Directors.
Dr. Kaitz began serving her first three-year term in April 2025 representing the Northwest Regional Assembly. She has previously served two cycles as region 7 Secretary, Vice President and President, and has organized 4 regional conferences in Coeur d’Alene.
Dr. Rachel Kaitz is a Business Professor at Lewis Clark State College in Idaho and has been involved with IACBE accreditation since she joined the college in 2009. Rachel has a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Georgia, a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. Rachel has worked as an Account Manager, Radio Station Executive, Public Relations Director, Mortgage Broker, Disc Jockey, Financial Counselor, Research Consultant, and founding board member of Kootenai Classical Academy, a public charter school in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. Overseas, Dr. Kaitz has worked as a marketer for a London based insurance agency and as an Economics instructor for the Ford Foundation at the National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam.
