Stop by the registration table from 2pm to 5pm, and then join your peers at 7pm for the Peregrine Global Services Welcome Reception (included in conference registration)!
Friday, April 4, 2025
The Annual Business Meeting and Keynote Address will kick off the conference programming, and presentation sessions will take place throughout the day. An optional excursion to the Indianapolis Indians baseball game will take place Friday evening.
Saturday, April 5, 2025
An optional Dean’s Roundtable session will take place in the morning, with presentation sessions taking place throughout the day. An optional in-person Accreditation Institute will begin at 2pm, continuing into Sunday (requires separate registration). We will end the conference with our Accreditation and Awards Banquet, and celebrating institutions achieving accreditation in 2024.

The best paper award has been renamed the Oedekoven Innovation for Business Education Award, in honor of Olin O. Oedekoven, founder of longtime IACBE partner and the award’s sponsor, Peregrine Global Services.
This award recognizes papers that significantly and innovatively contribute to business education or the conference theme, whether through theoretical insights or practical applications.

When will I receive my conference registration confirmation?
Confirmations are sent automatically via email after your conference registration has been completed. If you do not receive a confirmation number, you are not registered. Be certain to check your spam email if there appears to be a delay.
Will there be an event app?
All attendees will be provided access to the Conference’s Attendee Hub website/app prior to the conference, where attendees can access the schedule of sessions and speaker information. Registered attendees will receive an email invite several weeks prior to the conference with login info.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If you have registered for the conference but are unable to attend, you can access your registration using your confirmation number and click on “Cancel Registration.” Requests for refunds will be honored in full prior to March 10, 2025.
What meals are included in conference registration?
There will be a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres on Thursday evening, breakfast and lunch buffets provided on Friday and Saturday, and a plated dinner on Saturday.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please indicate at registration whether you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please also include this information for any additional guests. If you have questions, contact events@iacbe.org.
What is the guest policy?
Guests may join conference attendees at the Welcome Reception free of charge, and at the Accreditation and Awards Banquet for an additional fee. Conference meals may also be purchased for guests. These items can be added during the registration process.
Is my hotel room covered in the cost of registration?
No. Guests who wish to stay at The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (conference venue) should book via the room block link to get the special IACBE rate. More details can be found in the “Hotel Information” tab at the top of the page.
Is the baseball excursion included in my conference registration fee?
No. Conference attendees must “add on” tickets for themselves and any guests who wish to attend.
