We are thrilled to share that Christopher O.H. Williams will be delivering the keynote address on Thursday, April 9th.

Christopher O.H. Williams is a TEDx speaker and former Fortune 500 executive who serves as a board director, business consultant, executive mentor, and public speaker on strategy, governance, and transformation. His career spans Nike, adidas, VF Corporation, Gap, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers, where he held management and executive roles shaping enterprise and financial strategy and overseeing market execution. He was the first President of African Leadership University, an institution focused on developing ethical leaders and entrepreneurial managers. As President of Custament Partners, he advises organizations navigating strategic, business-model, and organizational change.

Born in Sierra Leone and a naturalized US citizen, Williams has lived and worked in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. His functional experience includes strategy, retail, sales, and brand management and work with consumer brands at all stages of life. These diverse contexts—emerging and developed markets, corporate and education, headquarters and field, personal and professional—provide the basis for his reflections on decision-making under pressure covered in his book, C.O.U.R.A.G.E. He also speaks to executive audiences internationally and has served in corporate and nonprofit governance roles. Williams is married with two children and divides his time between the United States and the Netherlands .
