Report on Terminated Programs
If you have terminated any IACBE-accredited business programs, please identify the terminated programs in the following form, and provide a brief description of your termination plan. Please note that the termination form should only be completed once all students have graduated from the program in question.
Space is provided in the form for three programs. If you have terminated more than three programs, please submit an additional reporting form.
