The IACBE elects new members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.

New Directors and Commissioners Elected at IACBE Annual Conference

Lenexa, Kansas, USA (April 2012) – At its annual conference in Kansas City, Missouri, April 18-20, 2012, the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) elected the following new members to its Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners:

Board of Directors

Vice Chair and Executive Committee Member:  Dr. Georges Nurdin, Dean of the Paris School of Business, Pôle ESG in Paris, France

Secretary and Executive Committee Member:  Dr. Dean Ludwig, Dean of the College of Business and Leadership at Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio

Treasurer and Executive Committee Member:  Dr. Pamela Shay, Vice President of Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio

Region 3 – Southern Regional Director:  Dr. John Duncan, Dean of the School of Business at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina (Second Term)

Region 6 – South Central Regional Director:  Dr. Les Crall, Associate Dean of the Everett Dobson School of Business and Technology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma (Second Term)

Region 9 – European Regional Director:  Dr. Beat Nägelin, President of the European Business School in Zürich, Switzerland (Second Term)

At-Large Director:  Dr. Dominique Bert, Executive Director of the American Business School in Paris, France

Public Member:  Mr. Paul Mallette, Director of International Development, Fédération Européenne Des Écoles (FEDE)

Board of Commissioners

Commissioner:  Ms. Kerry Calnan, Director of MBA Programs at Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts

Commissioner:  Ms. Katalin Kovacs, Manager of Quality Assurance and Accreditations at the Maastricht School of Management in Maastricht, The Netherlands

Commissioner:  Dr. Chip Mason, Dean of the School of Business at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi (Second Term)
