Sponsored by Bellevue University (NE) and the IACBE, the Journal for Excellence in Business Education (JEBE) publishes high-quality papers on a wide variety of business-related topics. The journal shares scholarship and best practices that advance knowledge and teaching practice in business education.

Focus and Scope

Open to IACBE members, the Journal for Excellence in Business Education publishes high-quality manuscripts focusing on current and emerging developments, topics, and trends that relate to and influence higher business education.

Topics can include, but are not limited to, socially-responsible management education; corporate education and training; international business education; in-class, online, and hybrid learning; quality assurance in business education; best practices in assessment and strategic planning; the impacts of technology and new media on business and management education; "borderless" business education; management education in emerging economies; and other areas relating to excellence in business education.

Mission

The mission of JEBE is to promote and publish peer-reviewed research in a worldwide open-access system. JEBE is dedicated to continuous improvement in advancing the practice of teaching business and to striving for excellence in business education.

Open Access Policy

The Journal for Excellence in Business Education provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Review Process

Manuscripts that follow the submission guidelines will be reviewed by the editor to determine the paper’s potential. A manuscript that passes the initial review will be subject to a double blind peer review. Feedback from reviewers and the editorial board’s evaluation will determine whether a manuscript will be accepted for publication.
