The IACBE will be sponsoring and hosting the second annual IACBE University during the week of June 11, 2012. The four-day-long University will feature courses in various aspects of the IACBE’s accreditation process, best practices in business education, and advancing academic quality in business programs. The University consists of a two-day seminar for business deans and chairs, along with other sessions pertaining to the IACBE’s process of quality assurance. In particular, the following courses will be offered at this year's IACBE University:

Self-Study Preparation and Preparing for a Site Visit
The IACBE and its Accreditation Process
Preparing a Comprehensive Outcomes Assessment Plan
Site-Visit Peer Reviewer Training
Site-Visit Team Chair Training (Prerequisites Required)

The courses are conducted by deans, chairs, and other administrators from the accredited membership of the IACBE, as well as IACBE staff members. Intended for both current and prospective members of the IACBE, the University provides significant opportunities for professional development, networking, and the sharing of best practices in business education. Prospective members will find IACBE University especially beneficial in learning more about the organization and its approach to quality assurance in business education.
