The Board of Directors oversees the strategic and operational affairs of the IACBE. The board is composed of representatives from IACBE member institutions and corporate members representing the public.
The Board of Commissioners oversees the accreditation functions of the IACBE, including overseeing the development of the accreditation process and principles and determining the accreditation status of members.
The Regional Officers provide leadership within each region of the IACBE, including overseeing the program for regional meetings and promoting membership development within the region.
